Vermont Adaptive Charity Challenge
June 17, 2023 - Killington, VT
Lots of options for participation this year! Road ride, gravel ride, mountain bike, paddle, or virtual activities. The event helps raise money for Vermont Adaptive Ski and Sports, the state's largest non-profit organization committed to providing sports and recreation to people with disabilities. Formerly known as the Long Trail Century Ride.

Ride along through the woods with runners and equestrians as they attempt to run 100 miles in under 30 hours. This event is one of the original 100 mile runs in the USA and part of the Grand Slam Series of Ultrarunning and benefits Vermont Adaptive Ski and Sports. It is strongly recommended that you are HAM radio certified to patrol this event.

This program is a joint effort by UVM Extension and the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources Departments of Fish and Wildlife and Forests, Parks and Recreation to promote, address, and instill in the general public a basic understanding of environmental conservation, safety and fun in the out-of-doors

Leaf Peepers is part of the Central Vermont Runners ORS Race Series and CVR's largest event and fundraiser for the Harwood Union Boosters Club, a co-organizer.
